KCH-ENA carries out the following activities to strengthen the business environment, support entrepreneurs, and promote cooperation.
Neutral Public Action
Not to take any action that affects public socials and politics.
Business Advice
Provide advice to businessmen in preparing business plans, business strategies and participate in finding ways to solve the challenges and difficulties of businessmen in the province.
Attracting External Investment
Mobilize external investors to collaborate and invest in business with local entrepreneurs.
National & International Investment
Seek new investments, both national and international, and provide consulting in business, trade, legal, tax and external market information.
Business Coordination
Cooperate to maintain and strengthen the business environment and share business and trade-related information.
Support Entrepreneurs
Encourage new entrepreneurs to start businesses, establish and cooperate in creating community markets and processing agricultural products to supply into the domestic market and export abroad.
Liaison for Policy Support
Liaise with government institutions, donors, investors to seek policy support, financial assistance, low-interest loans and incentives to strengthen business and enterprises.
Training
Provide training courses, seminars and study tours to improve business and trade capabilities financial management, market management and tax payment, etc.
Research and Business
Research about business potential and prepare business projects to share to investors.

Coordinate with Chambers
Liaise with the Kandal Provincial Chamber of Commerce and the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce to seek guidance in expanding and strengthening business activities in province.
